Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging; for hygiene reasons, we ask that items remain at least 75% full for a valid return.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
